iRix Technologies Privacy Policy
  1. We provide a number of Services that do not require you to register for an account.
  2. For Services that do require you to register for an account we'll try our best to not knowingly share your name, email or other information unless agreed to by yourself(usually by agreeing to the Additional Terms by checking a check box).
  3. The security of your account is your responsibility and in no way shall iRix Technologies be responsible for your account being comprised.
  4. As and when required, iRix Technologies will share your personal information with relevant agencies per the laws of the State of Texas.
  5. Mock exam
    1. For mock exams, quizzes, test(collectively referred to as mock exam in this document) we may use your test scores to provide extra or enhanced Services to our clients, users or individuals(collectively referred to as users in this document).
    2. We'll try our best to ensure that your individual mock exam scores will never be distributed in a manner that can enable the users to trace back your mock exam score back to you as an individual.
  6. The nature of internet transmission warrants the passage, storage and routing of personal information, content, passwords(collectively referred to as data in this document) sent between you(your computer) and our website will go through various networks, computers, servers, etc which may not necessarily be secure and you fully understand that iRix Technologies is not liable for loss of data or your information being compromised.
  7. In accordance with providing you with Services, iRix Technologies will from time to time move your data between various storage devices, networks, etc.
  8. Although we have a daily backup schedule, iRix Technologies is not responsible for loss of any data either knowingly or otherwise.
  9. For all data you provide(excluding any personal information), you grant iRix Technologies royalty free license to distribute the data to other users.
